Privacy Policy

Nebula (nebulapro.xyz) is built to collect as little data as possible. This policy explains exactly what we do and do not collect.

What we do NOT collect

• Your invoices, clients, amounts, logos and notes — all invoice content lives in your browser's local storage on your own device and is never sent to our servers.
• Account data — there are no accounts, usernames or passwords.
• Your payment details — cards, UPI IDs and banking information are handled entirely by Dodo Payments and never touch our servers.

What we collect, and why

• License records (Pro purchases only): your license key, the plan you bought, your email address as provided at checkout, and Dodo Payments payment/subscription identifiers. We need these to activate, validate and support your Pro license.
• Basic server logs: like most web servers, ours may temporarily log IP addresses and requested URLs for security and debugging. Logs are not used for tracking or profiling.

Local storage

Nebula uses your browser's local storage to save your invoices and your license key on your device. This data never leaves your browser. Clearing your browser's site data removes it permanently — we cannot recover it. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. We receive only the payment confirmation, payment identifiers and the email you provide at checkout. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Data retention and deletion

License records are kept for as long as the license may be valid, and as required for accounting. You can request a copy or deletion of your license record at any time by emailing support@nebulapro.xyz (note that deleting the record deactivates the license).

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
