These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Nebula, available at nebulapro.xyz ("the Service"), operated by Sohil ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Nebula is a browser-based invoice generator. The free plan lets you create and download invoices with a small watermark and keep up to 3 saved invoices in your browser. The Pro plan removes the watermark and unlocks all features.
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and payment security. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details. Prices may change, but changes never affect an already-purchased lifetime license or the current term of an active subscription.
Pro is delivered digitally and instantly: after successful payment you receive a license key on-screen. The key unlocks Pro in any browser where you enter it. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential; it may be used by you across your own devices but may not be resold, published or shared publicly.
You may cancel a subscription at any time by contacting support@nebulapro.xyz. Cancellation stops future billing; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for refunds.
Invoice content you create is stored only in your browser's local storage — it is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data deletes your saved invoices; we cannot recover them. See our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading invoices, to violate any law, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer the paid features of, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nebula is a document-creation tool, not accounting, tax or legal advice — you are responsible for the accuracy and legal compliance of invoices you issue. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
